This position is primarily responsible for servicing DMS (Document Management Services) accounts.
Customer Service Clerks are required to answer all customer enquiries that are received either by fax, email or phone, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Daily data entry into inventory management system of orders that are received, as well as ensuring data is set up correctly in Informa and making adjustments to the system. Follow up with appropriate warehouse and ImageNet centre must also be handled to ensure delivery requirements are met, as well as follow up with courier as needed for tracing of shipments. Specific tasks may also be assigned as required. |
