| Duties: |
Supporting the Account Managers for various accounts, the CSR will be the focal point in addressing and solving customer needs..
Key responsibilities include:
- pricing orders, entering/monitoring orders, ensuring customer deliveries are met for both ImageNet and rotary orders
- Manage client inventory, prepare and process releases
- Manage inventory and backorder reports
- Handle client calls regarding quality, requisitions, new items and delivery status
- Act as the principal liaison between National Customer Service Centre, Sales Office and Client

| Requirements: |
- 2-4 years customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the print industrywith specific focus on printed stationery
- Experience with complex Corporate Brand Identity Management Programs
