Customer Service Rep - London

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: London Sales, On
Duties: Supporting the Account Managers for various accounts, the CSR will be the focal point in addressing and solving customer needs..

Key responsibilities include:

  • pricing orders, entering/monitoring orders, ensuring customer deliveries are met for both ImageNet and rotary orders
  • Manage client inventory, prepare and process releases
  • Manage inventory and backorder reports
  • Handle client calls regarding quality, requisitions, new items and delivery status
  • Act as the principal liaison between National Customer Service Centre, Sales Office and Client
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the print industrywith specific focus on printed stationery
  • Experience with complex Corporate Brand Identity Management Programs
