Long Run Collator Operator |

| Duties: |
The primary purpose of this position is to run a collator with operation of collating multi-part forms together by fastening of glue or crimp and cut
or perforation form for snap-set, single or folded packs, following specs of customer requirements.
- Collate forms with emphasis on quality production of forms produced
- Put rolls on collator (paper & carbon) in proper sequence
- Make proper adjustments for job requirements, complete make ready by doing sample run
- Do spot checks throughout job for consistent quality of production and quality of printed products
- Package forms as per customer specs for quantity of packs to be wrapped or boxed
- Place finished product on skid with instructions for bindery or shipping
- Complete packing slips and dockets
- Maintenance of equipment with emphasis on safety, as required
- Adhere to ISO standards and Health and Safety procedures

| Requirements: |
- 2-4 years’ experience on collators with knowledge of crash numbers, cross web gluing, continuous and snapset forms
- Mechanically inclined with good mathematical skills
- Ability to operate Hamilton and Ashton collator
- General knowledge of business forms and their end usage, with understanding of paper and carbon products
- Ability to work in a team environment, on rotating shifts (Days, Afternoons, Nights)
