Our Calgary sales office requires an energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated interpersonal, customer service and communication skills in written and verbal form. You excel in your attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to problem solve and attend to customers in a time sensitive manner. You enjoy working closely with clients, enhancing customer service and assisting the sales function with contract account management. Duties will include preparing dockets, handling calls from a major contract client regarding inventory, pricing, revisions, proofing and approvals, inventory management and analysis and coordinating delivery schedules. Requirements include MS Office skills, print industry knowledge and inventory management experience.
