The Position

Reporting to the President and participating as a key member of the executive team, you will plan, direct, and coordinate programs and services to maximize the strategic use of human resources and align HR services to meet business objectives.

You will use your full spectrum of HR knowledge in leading successful development and implementation in key areas such as recruitment and retention, performance management, payroll, policies and practices, compensation, training and development and employee relations.

The Opportunity

In this position you will build on your existing management skills and direct a HR team of five staff who provide general HR and payroll services to the 600+ employees in Western Canada. You thrive on juggling multiple projects, enjoy a wide scope of responsibilities and have a proven track record of providing results.

Your extensive business experience, in changing, dynamic environments along with your CHRP designation and relevant training and education would provide the background needed for this role.
