We require a Fulfillment Operator Shipper/Receiver for our Richmond facility. You will demonstrate a commitment to customer service, effective organizational skills, good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team. Your key responsibility will be to ensure client requests are filled in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate is an energetic individual for our busy environment.

You excel in your attention to detail, organizational with a strong desire to learn and apply new skills quickly while demonstrating a positive attitude. Your duties include picking and shipping orders daily, completing release and packing slip information, verifying the accuracy of orders picked and handling the shipping of picked orders through our internal system. Additional duties include bindery and a knowledge of mail/courier, truck rates, invoicing systems, shipping preparation and services for local, national and international deliveries. This position involves long periods of standing and it requires regular lifting of cartons up to 50 pounds. Your forklift training and/or experience would be a great asset.
