The DATA Document Manager (DDM) is a revolutionary system that provides end-to-end print and document management services via the Internet. The heart of the DATA Document Manager is our document warehouse storage system. Client specific documents are presented within a virtual catalogue, linked to an extensive search engine, where document characteristics identify them for delivery to a shipping location.
Items identified in the catalogue are automatically entered into the shopping cart module with packaging, quantities, shipping and related information, including cost disclosure for the transaction. Once users are satisfied with the detail, they submit the order for processing and fulfillment and receive a confirmation order number via e-mail indicating that the system has received instruction and is fulfilling their request.
The Stationery module provides on-line ordering of commonly used stationery items, such as business cards, letterhead and envelopes, customized to the users' specifications.
The Inquiry module handles requests for information on orders, estimates and related information for pending transactions. This is augmented by access to the Reports module, where detailed information is available in the areas of inventory management, user transactions, and related information.
